5 Things you should NOT give up to be Happy
Pinstripe came up with 5 things you should NOT give up to be happy, if you give them up you will be miserable. However, if you keep these 5 simple things in your life you will be happier and life will be much easier. So starting today we need to add these 5 things into your life if you don’t have them already. Here is the list:
1. Do NOT give up Sex
For those of you who don’t know, sex is a stress reliever, therefore anytime you are feeling down or stress you need to incorporate more sex into your life. Why in the world would you even think of eliminating sex from your life! We don’t care if you have had a bad experience with sex, are frigid in bed, think you hate sex or don’t need it, well it is time you add it back into your life so you can be happy. Have you heard of the saying when a woman is acting bitchy “she needs to get laid”? Well, it is so true. People with a chip on their shoulder are either not getting enough sex or not getting great sex so they need to fix it in order to be happy.
2. Do NOT give up Food
Eating food is such a comfort feeling especially when it’s junk food or food you shouldn’t be eating. However, we say go for it because you need to be happy. You have heard of the saying “the way through a man’s heart is through his stomach” right? What that means is in order to keep a man happy he needs to be fed. So don’t eliminate food from your diet or life at all if you want to be happy.
3. Do NOT give up your sense of Humor
It is known that the people that laugh the most live longer. Don’t be afraid to laugh no matter what your reason is. You need to surround yourself with positive, fun people that find your jokes funny and you get theirs too. If you are dating someone and there is no laughter, you will be sad and depressed. Always date someone you can goof around with, play, act silly and laugh with. So, do not give up laughing, your sense of humor, stay young and live longer.
4. Do NOT give up Travel
Isn’t going to the beach or on vacation so relaxing? Don’t you feel happy when you are away? Well part of it has to do with the sun. The sun provides vitamin D which is good for the body. It is vital for the immune system, regulating inflammation, calcium absorption, and decreasing the risk for chronic diseases. Now, if that doesn’t make you happy then you obviously need more sun. So, get yourself to the beach, or go on vacation and get more sun to stay happy.
5. Do NOT give up the Entertainment
What do some people do when they have had a long day at work and are feeling stress? They either go to the gym to release some stress, go to the bar to have a drink or go home to work on their hobby. These are forms of entertainment or activities that keep you happy. This is why many people enjoy the weekends because this is when you get to go dancing, meet knew people, play sports, work on your hobby, do any type of activity that isn’t work even if it is just relaxing as long as you are entertained. So, do not give up your hobby, activity or any form of entertainment, whatever it may be so you can stay happy.
