Delicious Hummus recipies that take less than five minutes to prepare
Lets face it guys, today’s man is more on the go then ever and often times we struggle to take the time to prepare food and instead opt to pick up something outside on the go that isn’t always so healthy. Eat healthy foods that pay you back in energy, proteins, complex carbohydrates, vegetables and fruits and for simple sugar boosts. If you are in a rush, try to stick to minimalist meals that are quick to prepare and healthy.
While fatty foods may taste good in the short haul, it will certainly stick to you in bad places and make you lethargic and slow your circulation, not to mention high in cholesterol. Here are a few delicious hummus recipes that take less than five minutes to prepare courtesy of Tribe Hummus. Who doesn’t like mashed up chick peas?!! Roasted pepper, Garlic mmmm.
Hummus Veggie Burger – Frozen veggie burgers like Veggie Patch’s Ultimate Meatless Burger make an easy weeknight dinner. For an added kick, spread Tribe’s Roasted Garlic Hummus on a sandwich thin, and add fresh lettuce and tomato.
Veggie Parfait – In a small drinking glass, layer raw carrots, radishes, celery and bell peppers. In between each layer add a dollop of Tribe’s Classic Hummus. This easy creation will look great and taste even better!
